Flextronics San Carlos offers a wide variety of anodizing processes that offer a range of hardness and corrosion resistance. We anodize titanium and a variety of wrought and cast aluminum alloys. We offer precision masking for selective processing, abrasive blasting to control surface finish, and brush nickel for optimum sealing surfaces. We have a crane line for heavy parts and two anodize processing lines, both with very large tanks.

Enhanced Anodize : Flextronics enhanced anodize processes are designed for the highly corrosive environments found in semiconductor processing and other harsh environments.

Type V Anodize : Our Type V Anodize process achieves a very high resistance to corrosion coupled with high dielectric strength (voltage breakdown of 3000V at 0.002 inches of thickness). In addition, sealed Type V Anodize offers very low admittance.

Hard Coat : Our Hard Coat process meets the requirements of MIL-A-8625 Type III. We offer Type III sealed for improved corrosion resistance or unsealed for optimum hardness.

Sulfuric : Our Sulfuric process meets the requirements of MIL-A-8625 Type II. We offer Type II sealed for improved corrosion resistance or unsealed for optimum hardness.
